Near Quorn. Pichi Richi railway steam train excursion crossing a stone road bridge. Pichi Rich Pass leads from Port Augusta to Quorn in the Flinders Ranges. This Great Northern Line built in 1878.

Hallett. The first Institue built in 1879. Became the Anglican Church in 1932 when the front windows were given a Gothic appearance. Sold to RSL Club in 1953 when a second Anglican Church was built elsewhere in the town.

Pyap on the Murray. A communstic Village Settlement scheme operated here from 1894 to 1904. This stone flue or vent linked to the steam boilers which drove the irrigation pumps was erected on Flastaff Hill in 1895.

Hallett. Storage shed of the Hallett General Store which was run by Drew and Crewes of Burra. Adverts for Lion flour coffee essence etc.

Mantung. The town decided to build an institute in 1914. Work began 1918. It was used as a school from 1921. The only Murray Mallee hall still in use between Karoonda and Waikerie.

Morchard. The Morchard Hotel was built and licensed from June 1878. The old veranda has gone and it had a 1930s facelift at some stage.

Colac. Lislea House built in 1892 in Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts style for one of the town's doctors. Now used as professional rooms opposite the existing hospital.

Dutton north of Truro. J August Habel's home built around 1863. Lutheran Chuuch services held in this cottage from 1863 to 1866.

Pyap on the Murray. It was a communistic Village Settlement 1894 to 1905. C De Garis bought a huge estate here in 1914. He built this school general store and hall for his numerous workers and families. School 1914 to 1974.
