Lyndoch. St Jacobi Lutheran Church built in 1913. Next door is the Chapel in Independents built in 1850. It is now part of the Lutheran School. It becme a Lutheran Church in 1867.

Lyndoch. Randall cottages built in 1854. Randall ran it as a shoeshop and residence. Sold out of Randall family 1911. Recently restored and stucco on outside walls removed to display the original stonework.

Lyndoch. The Union Chapel built by the Congregationalists in 1855 Lyndoch. Used as a school too. Both closed when building sold in 1875. The nearby Union cemetery also 1855 became the town cemetery in 1883.

Lyndoch. The former Bible Christian Church. First church on this site erected 1854. This building 1865. In 1878 it became the town library and Institute until 1912.

Lyndoch. The state school. School established 1877. It moved into this new building in 1879. Extensions on the end made in 1928.

Lyndoch. This is the old stone Union Chapel built by the Congregationalist Church in 1855. It operated as a school until 1875. Church closed then too and building sold as a residence.

Lyndoch. The Baptist Church built in 1862 for 300 pounds. The transept additions added 1917. Now an ugly addition with more recent changes.

Lyndoch. The Mill House. Benjamin Davey and William Rayner built a three storey flourmill here in 1853. Mill house residence built later. Mill operated until 1956. Mill accidentally burnt down in 1959 and had to be demolished.

Lyndoch. The former Barossa Inn. Built from 1853. Windows are from its hotel general store and bakery days 1913 to 1967. Twenty pained windows are unusual.

Lyndoch. The Lyndoch Hotel built in 1869 and still popular. In 1880s became Travellers Rest Hotel. 1914 destroyed by fire and rebuilt 1915. 1937 renamed Lyndoch Hotel

Lyndoch. The Old Colonists INN built 1855. 1856 leased to Dr Theo Richter. He bought it in 1868 and added a surgery. Had a room for the Institute Library for some years. Richter died 1900. House sold 1901.
