Parkes. This second Courthouse designed by colonial government architect Walter Vernon was built in 1896. Like many courthouses it has a clerestroy window in the roof to let in light.

Junee. Spring Hill House built in 1885 as a residence and doctor's surgery. Occupied by doctors until 2005. The cast iron fence was erected around 1885.

Belair. National Park. The terrace and the southern facade with the bay window of Old Government House built in 1860 at Belair. A summer retreat in the Adelaide Hills for the British colonial governors to escape the heat.

Tumut. Worte Cottage. Built around 1890 with red brick walls and yellow brick quoins, a bay window and very decorative barge boards on the gables. Very pretty.

Young. The first Courthouse built in 1861. This grand Greek temple ediface opened in 1886 and cost 12,000 pounds. Given to Education Dept in 1924. Became senior school in 1935. With additions opened Young High School in 1947

Young. The old state school which opened in 1883. It is now the Lambing Flat Museum. The school has decorative and unusual roof ventilators. Old road mileage posts to Yass in front.

Galong. The western end of the Redemptorists monastery at Galong on what was Ned Ryans land. Built in 1918. A boys school was run here as well. 250 priests and monks lived here. The monastery closed in 1975.
