Cape Jervis on Fleurieu Peninsula. The ruins of Captain Price's manager's house at the Talisker silver mines. Mines operated from 1862 to 1872. The house had views across to Kangaroo Island.

Colac. Derrinook Edwardian flats with Magnolia granflora in the garden. Built in 1900 as a private hosptial. Became a series of flats in 1935.

Birregurra. Fine stained glass window in the 1871 built Anglican Church. This window faces east behind the altar.

Bundaberg Botanic Gardens. A clipped topiary train engine beside the lake. Ibis roosting in the trees across the lake.

Galong. Fine carved marble statue in the Galong cemetery. For a member of the O'Neil family from Ireland.

Galong. The old Galong Hotel probably built around 1880 after the railway reached here in 1877. The first Post Office only opened in 1888.

Galong. The western end of the Redemptorists monastery at Galong on what was Ned Ryans land. Built in 1918. A boys school was run here as well. 250 priests and monks lived here. The monastery closed in 1975.

Bungaree Homestead in the Clare Valley. This sheep station was established by the Hawker Brothers in 1842. This homestead dates from the 1840s but was enlarged many times by George Hawker. This is the east facade.

Paterson. Near the Hunter R. Tocal farm estate in 1830 had around 30 assigned convicts to build it. Today it is an agricultural college. Sold to Alexander family in 1926. The 1927 electricity plant in a sandstock brick barn.

Maryborough. An Aboriginal breast plate for King Tommy of the Mungo Aboriginal people. Found in 1921 and located in the School of Arts building Maryborough. This 1888 School of Arts is now a town museum.

Balaklava. The town museum owned by the National Trust since 1967. Built 1878 as the Church of Christ. Sold to the Druids in 1907. Used as the Lutheran Church 1931 to 1967 .

Galong. 1924 Art Deco window in the former St Johns Catholic School. When the nuns left around 1980 the convent was converted into St Lawrences Nursing Home. The school is gone and the convent is now empty..

Bundaberg. Bedroom of Bert Hinkler House. Built 1925 Southhampton. for Bert Hinkler the aviator who was first to fly solo from England to Australia in 1928. His house was rebuilt in Budaberg Botanic Gardens in 1983.
