Manangatang. Old store with a chequered past. Opened in 1926 as a dressamkers shop then a saddlery but for most of its time it was a butcher shop until 1991.

Denial Bay near Ceduna. Across the bay are the Thevenard grain silos and port. McKenzies loading wharf and platform is offshore. Drays took wool to the platform for transfer onto sailing ships.

Inneston. Yorke Peninsula. Information Board about the Bellco Chalk factory which operated in the town from 1922 to 1930. Later operations were in Melbourne.

Streaky Bay. A Centenary of Womans Suffrage banner in the Streaky Bay Museum. SA was the first country in the world to allow to vote and stand for parliament in 1894. NZ allowed women to vote only.

Elliston. Eyre Peninsula. The 2018 installed Aboriginal memorial on the cliffs to acknowledge the possible existence of a massacre 1849 but certainly the existence of white violence against Aboriginal people in the 19th century.

Wilkawatt. Plaque for the fine government school that operated in this tiny railway siding town from 1930 to 1945. The settlement is close to Lameroo on the Pinnaroo railway line.

Rheinthal between Cambrai and Sedan. Was the religious heart of Rhine Villa or Cambrai settlement from 1876 to 1911. Only the cemetery remains and some ruined German style farm houses and buildings. This was site of the church.
