Freestone Strathalbyn Savings Bank of South Australia. Built 1930 with stone gables, castellations and castle draw bridge style mental fencing at street level. Terracotta tiled roof. Colonnades. Gothic style windows.

Mannum on the River Murray. The old paddle steamer the Marion. Steamers were sidewheelers on the Murray to ensure shallow draft unlike the rear wheelers on the deep Mississippi River.

Loveday. Near Barmera in the Riverland. The old state primary school. It closed in 2014 and is now used as a residence. This stone building dates from 1923 when the school opened.

Goolwa. Rose Eden House built in 1876. Beautiful Italianate style mansion with a giant Moreton Bay Fig tree in the front garden dwarfing the house. Fountain and gazebo in the garden.

Near Blanchetown. Portee Station on the Murray RIver. It was established in 1841 but not developed until 1845 when Eardley Heywood acquired it. Part of the old woolshed and outbuildings from 1853.
