(SVFI). I am reproducing patially the same with some quesries related to SVFI to refresh your memory also attaching the 2009, 2010 and 2011 IRS 990 filed by your company Trininity Tax & Fin Soln Inc. (TTFSI) and signed by Dr. Prakash M. Swamy. As per TTFSI website you are the owner. In my 25 years of business carrier probably you are the First CPA who besides doing accounting work for his clients also issues “Character Certificates” to his clients. You have written that Dr Swamy is of highest character, integrity and very responsible person. I guess this is part of “Code of Conduct and Ethics” for a CPA practicing in New York. If it is part of that then please educate me about it under what clause and rule number you or TTFSI can issue “Character Certificates” to your clients. Please provide your response in writing for Public consumption and education.As you have admitted in the above letter that TTFSI is the accountants for SVFI and you have also volunteered to answer questions related to SVFI. Will you be kind enough to answer the following questions based on attached 2009, 2010 & 2011 IRS 990 filed by SVFI and prepared by TTFSI:1. As per 2009 Returns SVFI has $26,502.00 in Bank Accounts as follows:(a) HSBC $ 230.00(b) CITI $ 6,272.00(c) CITI $20,000.00(2) As per 2010 Returns SVFI has $24,361 in Banks/Net AssetsPLEASE EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS NO MENTION OF BANK’S NAME WHERE $24,361.00 WAS KEPT? (3) As per 2011 Tax Returns WHY THERE IS NO MENTION OF $24,361.00(4) WHY THE TAX RETURNS FOR 2010 WERE FILED ON 06-04-12 DESPITE BEING SIGNED BY TTFSI & DR. PRAKASH M SWAMY ON 03-24-11?I will be highly obliged if you can answer the above questions ASAP in writing as well as the proof where SVFI or Dr. Swamy is keeping that $24,361.00.
