| 説明 | A bottle of Trade Winds from The Bruery in Placentia, California, at Schouskjelleren in Oslo.The Bruery Trade Winds is an 8.1% abv abbey tripel made with rice in the mash, to lighten the body and increase the gravity, and spiced with Thai Basil. It poured a cloudy orange color with a fluffy, white head. It had a sweet spicy smell with notes of orange. Mouthfeel was medium heavy with a soft, creamy texture. The flavor was overall sweet, but in an elegant way, with notes of ripe fruit, yeast and spices. It finished with a mild bitterness. Tasty, elegant and very drinkable. |
