| 説明 | Thiruvalluvar is a celebrated Tamil poet and philosopher. He is the author of Tamil literature Thirukkural.A huge statue of this poet is established on a small island where two seas and an ocean meet at Kanyakumari(India). The statue, with its slight bend around the waist is reminiscent of a dancing pose of the ancient Indian deities like Nataraja. It was sculpted by the Indian sculptor Dr. V.
