| 説明 | It consists of two layers of steel, one is high carbon steel the other not. The carbon steel oxidizes a lot faster. That's why it is protected by the stainless steel layer. It is hand made. I once had on made by the smith Gyuto Hirotomo with two protection layers of stainless steel and an embedded white paper steel soul. This Houchou is made by Yasuhiko Hujiwara. |
