| 説明 | I first posted these portraits on April 3rd, 2010. I haven't seen them for a while, and I like them. I miss them, so I am reposting them on an impulse... They were taken with a Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS point and shoot camera.All my life I photographed beautiful women. I started with a Brownie Box Camera. I was very fortunate to be around beautiful women, and I was very aware of how wonderful they were! I have recently begun having flashbacks to when I was three years old, and the people with me, and how I felt...I was not satisfied with my early work, though I still enjoy family photos I took in the forties. I began to actually like my own work when I discovered affordable Nikon 35mm cameras with superb Auto-Nikkor lenses at the PX in Kwajalein from 1962-4. A photographer should, I daresay must, enjoy their own creation. The subject may or may not be satisfied or even see the beauty captured or revealed. A woman is God's most wonderful creation, and that must be revealed or highlighted within the photographer's artistic vision...I talk too much!!! A beautiful portrait should speak for itself... |
