| 説明 | On August 7, the Fair Development Campaign once again rallied in front of City Hall to protest the proposed $107 million Tax Increment Financing (TIF) for the Harbor Point project. The Fair Development Campaign was joined by BUILD, SEIU Local 32BJ, AFSCME, and Occupy Baltimore. Over a hundred people turned out to the rally. In the week leading up, dozens of letters opposing the Harbor Point Project were sent to the committee from Baltimore residents and additional organizations. Over 400 people had signed on to an online petition against the TIF.Despite the opposition, the City Council Finance Committee approved the TIF that evening.
