| 説明 | A glass of ALEhouse Prima Donna on draft at the ALEhouse beer bar in Riga, Latvia.ALEhouse Prima Donna is a 4.5% abv saison and one of three house ales brewed for ALEhouse at Brouwerij de Molen in the Netherlands. It poured a cloudy, pale golden color with a white head. It had a yeasty spice aroma with notes of dried orange peel and cloves. Mouthfeel was creamy and medium heavy. The flavor followed up the aroma with a nice spicy character, before the bittering hops kicked. It was surprisingly bitter for a saison, but still fairly drinkable in my view. |
