| 説明 | A Paróquia São João Batista, em Trancoso, erigida a 12 de novembro de 1759, remonta à Aldeia Jesuíta São João Batista dos Índios, fundada em 1558, tendo por Matriz a antiga capela do colégio dos padres jesuítas de construção originária do século XVI, no início de madeira e só tempos mais tarde fora construída em alvenaria. Os traços arquitetônicos atuais datam do século XVIII.Assim, de Missão Jesuítica de São João Batista dos Índios, em 1558, a bucólica localidade fora elevada à categoria de Vila Nova Trancoso,em 1759,sob ordem régia do Marquês de Pombal, opositor jesuítico. É neste ano também que a então Vila é erigida Paróquia, pertencendo, portanto à Arquidiocese de São Salvador da Bahia, tendo como arcebispo Dom José Botelho de Matos.Em 1795 a Vila é transformada em Freguesia de Trancoso. Em 1833 transforma-se em Comarca para em 1906, tornar-se município. Com a decadência econômica que sofrera, a Vila retrocede e em 1927 é reintegrada a Porto Seguro.É só em 1970 que Trancoso é alterada profundamente. A chegada do turismo provocou o inchaço urbano e uma nova ordem na vida de Trancoso.Em 1913 com a ereção da Diocese de Ilhéus a Paróquia de Trancoso passa a fazer parte da mesma. Mais tarde, em 1962, a referida nossa Paróquia passa a pertencer a mais nova Diocese baiana, Teixeira de Freitas-Caravelas e, finalmente, em 12/06/1996 o hoje Beato João Paulo II cria a Diocese de Eunápolis, nomeando seu primeiro e atual bispo Dom José Edson Santana Oliveira, à qual a Paróquia São João Batista, em Trancoso passa a pertencer, portanto dado a proximidade com Eunápolis.No momento da criação da nova Diocese nossa Paróquia é atendida pelo Frei Edvaldo R. Bomfim, frade capuchinho (pároco) tendo como Vigário o saudoso Frei Miguel A. Gagliard, falecido a 08/06/2011 em Porto Seguro. Posteriormente a Paróquia fora atendida por padres seculares, como Pe. Rosival, Pe. Jarbas e, em finais de 2008 volta a ser atendida por religiosos, desta vez são os Missionários Servos do Senhor – frades servitanos. Primeiro Frei Adilson,MsS sucedido por Frei Leonardo,MsS e atualmente tem como administrador Frei José Nemézio A. Teixeira Ferreira,MsS e vigários Frei Antoniel de A. Peçanha,MsS e Frei Júlio César Bueno,MsS. Em 2012 o Instituto Missionário Servos do Senhor(IMSS), abre no território da Paróquia São João Batista, em Trancoso, sua Fraternidade formativa – Noviciado – tendo a Frei Antoniel,MsS como Mestre de Noviços e os primeiros noviços nesta nova casa (Freis Geraldo,Lyon, Everton e José Francisco). A casa é confiada a São Domingos de Gusmão.Concomitantemente Frei José e os dois Vigários, Frei Antoniel e Frei Júlio também atendem a Quase-Paróquia São Brás em Itaporanga, outro distrito de Porto Seguro.___________________________________The Parish of St. John the Baptist in Trancoso, erected November 12, 1759, dates back to the Village Jesuit John Baptist of the Indians, founded in 1558, with the Matrix the old chapel of the college of the Jesuits of original construction of the sixteenth century, in early wood and only later times was built in masonry. The arrival of tourism has caused the swelling urban and a new order in the life of Trancoso.In 1913 with the erection of the Diocese of Ilheus Parish Trancoso becomes part of it. Later, in 1962, that our parish now belongs to younger Diocese Bahia, Teixeira de Freitas, Caravels and finally on 12/06/1996 today Blessed John Paul II created the Diocese of Eunápolis, naming its first and Current Bishop José Edson Oliveira Santana, to which the parish of St. John the Baptist in Trancoso shall belong, so given the proximity to Eunápolis.At the time of creation of the new diocese our parish is served by Pippa R. Frei Bomfim, Capuchin friar (priest) having as Vicar the late Miguel A. Frei Gagliard, who died on 08/06/2011 in Porto Seguro. Later outside the parish served by secular priests like Fr Rosival Fr Jarbas and, back in late 2008 to be attended by religious, this time are the Missionary Servants of the Lord - servitanos friars. First Adilson Frei, Frei Leonardo succeeded by MSS, MSS and currently has as administrator Frei José A. NEMEZIO Teixeira Ferreira, MSS and Vicars Frei Antoniel A. Peçanha, MSS and Frei Júlio César Bueno, MSS. In 2012 the Missionary Servants of the Lord Institute (IMSS), opens within the parish of St. John the Baptist in Trancoso, his formative Brotherhood - Novitiate - having Antoniel Frei, MSS as Master of Novices and the first novice in this new house (Freis Geraldo , Lyon, Everton and José Francisco). The house is entrusted with St. Dominic.Concomitantly Frei José and the two Vicars, Antoniel Frei Frei and Jules also serve Quasi-Parish São Brás in Itaporanga, another district of Porto Seguro. |
