| 説明 | RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (July 21, 2013) - As the pilgrims arrived on their various overnight flights into Rio on Sunday, they were given bus tours of the city, including a trip to Corcovado, the giant, iconic mountaintop statue of Christ the Redeemer that overlooks the city.More than 160 pilgrims from the Archdiocese of Boston are traveling to World Youth Day in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, between July 20 and 29, 2013, along with millions of youth from around the world, Pope Francis, and their own Cardinal Seán P. O'Malley, OFM Cap, Archbishop of Boston.George Martell of Pilot New Media is traveling with the pilgrims to send back photos, YouTube videos, social media updates, and even real-time streaming video so that those who can't attend in person may be virtual pilgrims.
