| 説明 | This image was created for the Sliders Sunday group pool, it is essentially a 'Pseudo-holographic-projection' for lack of a better term, it is not a true hologram (no lasers were used). Inspirational concept is largely motivated by Notanotherusername's recent Sliders Sunday image - www.flickr.com/photos/b_ucky_20/9226611857/ - where most of the 'sliding' effects take place in front of the camera before shuttering. This is a single shot, the subject is a glass lid for a candy dish sitting on stained-glass panels with lighting underneath, neither the left nor right overlapping ghostly images are physically located in the places as seen... the solitary lid was placed in center 5 inches behind a 2D multi-layered glass and plastic screen (resultant photo is of that screen). I got this result through mostly a right-brained methodology and am not certain as of yet, on how to explain the specific mechanics involved that makes this happen (any attempt to do such would only lead to more confusion). Post-processing is standardized color-bumping, contrasting and sharping the comes with RAW editing, no other un-orthodoxed treatments were employed... ;-}' |
