説明 | Born 5 July 1949 in Cleveland OH, Ken Wyban would move to the WDC area in 1995 when, still in the Army, he was transferred to Fort McNair. Out running one day he'd happen upon an old house on N Street just off South Capitol Street, in SE, WDC that he'd immediately fall in love with. When the then current owner Lester Ingram would offer to sell Mr. Wyban, in 1998, would purchase the property at 21 N Street in SE as its 5th owner.Orignally built and owned by WDC brick manufacturer Alfred Richards, Mr Wyban would exstensivley renovate the property with plans of converting it into a bed and breakfast. Just before a scheduled summer 2005 opening Mr. Wyban, along with other residents in the are, would receive a relocation letter from the city. This picture was taken on Sunday, 29 January 2006, which was the day before movers would arrive to pick up furnisher and architectural pieces that he was donating to the non-profit organization Second Chance Inc at www.secondchanceinc.org.By Wednesday afternoon, 1 February 2006, Mr. Wyban will be on his way to Tampa FL which is where he plans to relocate in close proximity to his mother.
