| 説明 | There are only two things I can offer to mitigate the humiliation of this useless New Zealand building.1. It was designed by an English architect (Basil Spence) who drew it on the back of a serviette while eating lunch.2. I've only ever been in one building where form followed function less, and that is in the city where the rule was first written. It is the Psychology Department building at the University of Illinois at Chicago. |
