| 説明 | Botswana Defense Force Women's Integration Work Group members discuss challenges with existing facilities, infrastructure and housing during a Women’s Integration working group April 5 through 12. The working groups consisted of 35 male and female BDF soldiers discussing ways to help integrate females in the BDF. Topics included housing, current training infrastructure, instructors, recruiting, retention and women’s health issues. The overall objectives of the working groups were to identify some of the challenges and opportunities and to mitigate any issues that may occur with integration.
