| 説明 | Green MEPs joined NGOs outside the hemicycle in Strasbourg this morning to call on other Groups to support rescue measures for the failing EU Emissions Trading System.A crucial vote on "backloading", to address the oversupply of emissions allowances which has led to a collapsed carbon price, will take place this afternoon. NGOs such as CAN Europe, WWF and Greenpeace are in Strasbourg to convince MEPs to support these measures.
