| 説明 | The S 10 - a very special line of the Zurich transport network. The Uetlibergbahn brings commuters to their place of work and back again. Under the City Center it runs as an "underground railway". However, the S10 also brings tourists and hikers to the top of the Uetliberg (813 m above sea). With gradients of up to 7%, it is the steepest standard gauge adhesion railway in Europe.In the city area the Uetlibergbahn (S10) and the Sihltalbahn (S4) are sharing the tracks. Due to the different electric systems (15000 V AC and 1200 V DC) the Sihltalbahn has located its overhead wire centrally over the track and the Uetlibergbahn 130 centimetres off to one side. Die S10 des Zürcher Verkehrsverbundes - eine sehr spezielle S-Bahn Linie. Sie fährt im 10-Minuten-Takt und bietet so den den Pendlern eine schnelle Verbindung von den Aussenquartieren in die City. Zwischen den Haltestellen Selnau und Zürich Hauptbahnhof verkehrt sie als U-Bahn. Benutzt wird sie aber auch von den Touristen, welche auf den Uetliberg gelangen wollen. Ab der Station Triemli wird die S10 zur "Bergbahn". Sie ist mit 79 Promille Steigung die steilste Adhäsionsbahn Europas. |
