| 説明 | While digging out pine tree roots, planting various trees and visiting the crawl space under the house, it became obvious that the yard was unimproved alluvial fan, with a smidgen of organic material. Filling a large jar with dirt, then water, and doing the mix-and-settle test confirmed it. Repeatedly. And all the rocks were getting in my way, man. So I dug up the top foot or so, making a big pile of dirt in my driveway. Then sifted out the medium size and larger rocks. The 1.5 or 2 tons of rocks required several trips to all get to the landfill. |
