説明 | 1970 Rolls-Royce Phantom VIBritishIntroduced in 1968, the Phantom VI was driven by an alloy V8 engine and fitted with H.J. Mulliner, Park Ward coachwork. Built for the chauffeured, rather than the owner/driver, the stately and dignified Phantoms were made in small numbers and virtually hand built. The last one left the factory in April 1992.This limousine was owned by the late Lady Beaverbrook, purchased new in 1970, with part exchange of another Rolls. A noted owner and breeder of race horses, Lady Beaverbrook commissioned the car to sport her racing colours of brown and green.Cylinders: V8Valves: 16 overheadCapacity: 6230ccPower Output: 220bhp @ 4000rpmMaximum Speed: 114mphPrice New: £13,399Manufacturer: Rolls-Royce Ltd, Crewe, CheshireOwner: National Motor Museum Trust (Bequest of Lady Beaverbrook)Housing a collection of over 250 automobiles and motorcycles telling the story of motoring on the roads of Britain from the dawn of motoring to the present day, the award winning (Winner - The International Historic Motoring Awards of the Year 2012) National Motor Museum appeals to all age groups.
