If that happens just remove 1/4 of it and add 1/4 of unmashed grain back in.1 litre of 2% milk 1 cup of Coconut Cream 4 tablespoons of sugar Pistachios - handfull peeled for garnish Cardomons - this is important so if you dont have em stop now and go buy some - 5-7 of them and I break them so the tastes seeps out.1/2 teaspoon of rose waterPreference - handfull of raisins In a large enough pot boil the milk cocounut cream and sugar and once at boiling point at the rice.Now cook until the mixture dries up somewhat and gets thicker - I like mine not too runny and not like honey thickness so stop before it gets to the consistency you like. It will continue to thicken by the way.About 5 minutes before its at where you need it add the cardomons and optionally if you have it add 1/2 teaspoon of rose water - it helps sweeten it up some for sure.
