| 説明 | Someone's put together this rather creepy scene on the Black River parallel to the M5 Black River Parkway in Cape Town just before the Rondebosch exit. A cloaked figure sits motionless in a small skiff, while empty plastic bottles attached to branches of a dead tree flail in the wind. Could it be Charon the ferryman of Hades?
