| 説明 | A female Farahi journalist discusses the "rule of thirds" during photojournalism training at the Directorate of Women's Affairs building in Farah City, Feb. 10. This is the second of two photojournalism training sessions that Provincial Reconstruction Team (PRT) Farah is teaching as a part of a broader, 15-day media training course in Farah City for both male and female journalists. This the first ever media training of its kind in Farah, and it is being funded by the Farah provincial governor's office via the performance-based governance fund (PBGF). PRT Farah's mission is to train, advise and assist Afghan government leaders at the municipal, district and provincial levels in Farah province, Afghanistan. Their civil military team is comprised of members of the U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, the U.S. Department of State and the Agency for International Development (USAID).
