| 説明 | I took 27 shots, each a couple millimeters closer than the previous one by first focusing near the tip of its bill, then moving the camera slightly closer with each shot by use of a focusing rail. I usually use aperture priority and either iISO or Auto ISO, but for focus stacking, it's best to use full manual exposure. After capturing all the images, I opened the full sequence in Adobe Photoshop CS6. Since I shot in RAW mode, I selected all of the images, then applied the same White Balance, Exposure, Black level, Clarity, Vibrance, noise reduction, sharpening, etc. adjustments to all of them. Once that's done, click Open Images to load them all into the editor. Now click File, Scripts, Load into Stack..., then click Add Open Files, and check Attempt to Automatically Align Source Images, then OK. Now select all of the layers so they're active, then click Edit, Auto Blend Layers..., select Stack Images, then click OK. When that finishes you will probably need to crop a bit, then do whatever post processing you desire as you would with any other photo. There's a nice video that shows the entire process at www.youtube.com/watch?v=yqAXR94X0T8 If you don't have CS4 or newer, a couple relatively inexpensive programs for doing focus stacking are Helicon Focus & Zerene Stacker - both have free trials available. I used a Manfrotto 3419 focusing rail, but there are others available. Really Right Stuff has a very well regarded B150-B that adjusts both forward & backward, plus side-to-side.
