Kenneth Boggs, commander, 92nd Engineer Battalion “Black Diamonds,” attached to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, addresses friends, Families and Soldiers of the Black Diamonds after the unit’s colors had been cased during the day’s color-casing ceremony, Jan., 31. The casing of the colors symbolizes the battalions forth coming deployment.
