| 説明 | Shot with an iPhone 4, and processed with Instagram. I'd also like to share a short story how I made this shot. I read several times in books and blogs about composition a recommendation to train the eye: take a piece of cardboard and cut a rectangular frame into it. Hold it up in front of you and keep walking and observe the word outside through this "viewfinder". I always considered this advice to be a bit childish and never tried. But then this happened:I was sitting in "my" bus, like every day, commuting to work. I knew I wanted to take a short of a subject outside, on my route, and prepared the iPhone to be ready when we would reach the subject I planned to shoot. I startet the camera app and kept the iphone resting on my lap. The lens was, coincidently, facing the floor, side walls and a heater radiator, and the iPhone display showed the subject of this shot. When the bus reached the subject I was waiting for, I wanted to take up the iPhone and looked at the display and though "wow - this looks nice!". I just had to tilt the screen a tiny little bit to get the radiation onto the diagonal. A lucky shot!timecaptured.posterous.com |
