Then into Middle Department 8th Corps March 1862. Then Second Brigade Division seeing action at Harpers Ferry, Front Royal, Cedar Creek, Cedar Mountain, Cattlet's Station, Captured by Confederates in Gainesville and escaped, then captured again at Bull Run and held and released on Parole as part of a prisoner exchange in December 1862. |
