| 説明 | Parish Church of St Peter and St Paul, Kimpton, Hertfordshire. Grade I. Photographed 1 January 2013.This is the Organ Chamber as seen from the south of the Chancel. The Chamber was built between the North Aisle and the Vestry in the 19th century, after the Aisle was rebuilt to its present size and the Vestry was enlarged. Before this, there was a Barrel Organ in the South Aisle. The present, 1897 organ was moved from here to the nave in 1965. Also here is the reredos, which was moved from the Chancel sometime after 1900. |
