| 説明 | I had been convinced for a long time that Rodinal and HC-110 would be the only two developers I'd ever need. That was until I've read the datasheet for Kodak's T-MAX Developer which claims better shadow densities and therefore an effective gain in speed. These claims seemed to be well backed up by others so I've ordered a bottle which arrived this morning.I had a couple of rolls left that I had shot over Christmas in Germany. One HP5+ and one Neopan 400, both shot at ASA-500 (the most the Yashica 35 CC would allow me). What's worse, my stock of Neopan expired early in 2011 and the experience I had made with unexpired Neopan made me expect a sinister outcome. It turned out that the T-Max Developer did an excellent job. This may easily be one of my best looking rolls of ASA-400 film in 35mm so far. I am obviously very curious to see how the HP5+ roll will turn out. This by the way is the Puppenbrunnen (Doll Fountain), just a couple of hundred yards down the hill from the spot of the previously posted photo. It's nearby the entrance to my former apartment and I must have walked by this place hundreds of times.Shot with the Yashica 35 CC on Neopan 400 (expired in 2011) at ASA-500 and developer in T-Max Developer (1+4) for 6:15 minutes. |
