| 説明 | Larry and Annette Cutliff stand in a resilient pasture cool-season grasses that is thriving despite drought conditions, on their 45-head cow-calf Angus cattle operation in west Tennessee on Dec. 14, 2012. The Cutliffs’ have enrolled in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Environmental Quality Incentive Program (EQIP) to implement drought conservation practices, including pasture reestablishment to improve their farm and protect natural resources on their cattle operation in west Tennessee. |
