| 説明 | The gun lobbies, their clients, the manufacturers of and dealers in firearms, are exploiting the slaughter at Sandy Hook Elementary School by churning the paranoia of their customers and other followers and true believers, who have quickly and clearly responded to the tragedy.They have conducted record purchases of assault weapons, high capacity magazines, handguns, and ammunition.Our gun loving neighbors and fellow Americans are also being instructed by Larry Ward (www.GunAppreciationDay.com) and others of the gun lobbies, manufacturers and dealers to assemble on January 19, 2013 at their local businesses where guns are sold and discharged. What an idea!!!!!!! That'll boost sales even more, help the recovering economy even more.They are calling the day GUN APPRECIATION DAYThe folks who'll be assembling in support of gun lobbies, manufacturers and dealers aren't the only ones with concerns about firearms in America and the abuses of the Second Amendment.So, I suggest that those of us who support rational firearms regulation join our friends and fellow concerned citizens at those businesses on that day, with our own signs and a determination to participate in an honest open dialogue.I'd suggest one small change, though.Instead of "Gun Appreciation Day", let's call Saturday, January 19, 2013 something that should address a broader concern. I'd suggest we call it:SLAUGHTER AWARENESS DAYSupport the Second Amendment. Regulate Firearms. |
