| 説明 | Hakurakuten Yama also saw hardship in its time - it was burned up and destroyed a couple of times, but it managed to stay in the festival. The figures atop it are a poet and a priest, discussing the finer points of Buddhism. Always exciting. And the front tapestry, for reasons unknown to me, portrays a scene from the Trojan War. Not that I'm complaining, but it is a little curious. |
