説明Mr. Rosen-Recall that yesterday morning you asked if my goals areto get out of custody or if they are political, and that you willrespect my wishes. l understood exactly what you meant, but l did notwant to give you a terse yes, no answer, as l knew you were seeking waswhy l hesitated to answer before you returned from your phone call.Youhave asked me for a plan of protest that does not involve removing itemsfrom stores. l understand why you place importance on this portion of myactions because this is how we come to our relationship. On the paperthat l tried to make you read yesterday, l had outlined my previousprotests and public statements:1) l have protested and spoken outabout private law enforcement/ betraying the appearance of lawenforcement as early as2010:www.missionmission.org/2010/08/02/your-neighborhood-is-tu...2)The incident that led to the trial heard by Sandoval (2453939,) policereport and testimony form store personnel will indicate that l refusedfalse imprisonment and refused to go anywhere with store personnelbefore police arrived.l conducted the protest while the Oscar Grantcase was being delivered.3) LPOs at Barney's will corroborate thatwhile l offered the item back, 3 of them physically dragged me backinside the store.Private interests enforcing the law is an invidiousmatter especially in light of negative opinion of official lawenforcement. Private people who receive no oversight should not seriallyenforce the law. It is abuse of power. This is arguable in itself, thatprivate interests are acting like officials enforcing the law, but it isnot when you see that the DA will prosecute me to the fullest extent forcommitting an act against only specific private interests.l haverepeatedly and publicly expressed. People either do not like it or findhard to palette or to think about. While others will say this is just anopinion, to me, it is a very real and serious problem that's increasingin intensity. As you can observe from my past behaviour, l am willingto give up extended periods of my life to make my truth known. And l amnot just saying it to say it, so l can tell people l'm "an activist" orto get famous on Facebook. It's a real and serious problem that eatsaway at our society.People who are allowed to install certainmechanisms under the guise of protecting their property do so tobrandish their force to the masses, bullying the public. And public takeit, because people are used to being bullied and are conditioned to keeptheir heads down!Isn't that why the judge who remanded me is soodious? That he would abuse his authority and dispenses "freedom" as ifit's a Christmas gift when liberty is an inalienable right!lremembered that on 1/4, both the DA assigned to the current case as wellas the one who was at trial for case #11016366 were in the courtroom.l'm just a nobody, but they have invested much energy and man power intomaximizing my punishment. Even an objective observer can discern that lam singled out. The selective enforcement and prosecution that l wish toallege is very real and the motives are invidious-- it is meant tosilence me even though l am a nobody, it says to me that l've pointedout something real. Does it not to you? You can understand why l mustpoint this out at all cost.l get into trouble to call this stuff out.If you do not help me in this endeavour, my opportunity to do so istaken away once again, as it has with the past 2 cases when PDs insistthat they are helping me by focusing on getting me out of custody, that's it's for my own good, when they actually shut me down. l respectyour opinion and l know where you are coming from, but it will harm me.l am one with my goals at all cost. There is nowhere to hide. l can seemy enemy, which is this serial oppression that people are trained toaccept all over the world. l will stop at nothing. l am telling you thisbecause l think you can understand; not everyone would, l have foundthis out the hard way. Please have mercy on me.If any of this seemshopeless, that l don't even have a chance, consider that yesterday l wasmiraculously released form custody.Sincerely,-elle ko-On 2013-01-0808:53, Stephen.Rosen@sfgov.org wrote:> Good morning, Ms Ko,>> I mustsay that held my breath this morning when I checked first the court>computer system then called the jail to make sure.
