| 説明 | "Кран не работает" -- Tap not working, 2 out of 5 taps. Lots of things were not working at the orphanages, particularly the plumbing.I wonder if the taps wouldn't be quite easy for a plumber to fix, and I also imagine there are several unemployed plumbers in Odessa, but I suspect there's simply not enough funds for orphanages to employ them. As long as one tap is still working, they have greater priorities. |
