| 説明 | View along the path of South Downs Way in Sussex. Heading towards Chanctonbury Ring, an Iron Age hill Fort. Dark foreboding grey clouds and some blue sky. Walkers and a small red light aircraft can also be seen. Despite strong pagan associations, we encountered no virgins being ritually deflowered when we got there, although we all got very excited at the prospect.More mundanely, the Great Storm of 1987 got there well before us, and destroyed most of the trees, so (despite replanting) it is all a bit of shambles at the moment. |
