| 説明 | A glass of Spezial Dunkel from Brauerei Schloss Eggenberg in Vorchdorf, Upper Austria, served on draft at Braugasthof Pesendorfer, across the road from the brewery.Schloss Eggenberg Spezial Dunkel is a 4.8% abv Vienna-style lager (listed as dunkel by RateBeer). It poured a clear, golden amber color with a beige head. It sported a malty aroma, with caramel and ripe fruit notes. The mouthfeel was medium to light with a fizzy carbonation. Flavor followed up the aroma with a good malt character, again caramel, sweet fruits and some toasted malt notes. It finished half dry with some lingering caramel notes.This is a well made and very elegant Vienna-style lager.[blog entry] |
