| 説明 | Southfork of the Little Humboldt River within the Little Owyhee HMA. Over population of wild horses and drought conditions cause excessive degradation of range conditions resulting in a severe lack of forage and water for upcoming winter conditions. Additionally, trailing into water sources creates extreme dust conditions which presumably contribute to respiratory illness. |
