Jones, OIP Bernice Ammon, OGC Aaron McCraw, RIII Christian Araguas, NRO Frederick Miller, OCFO James Baptist, RII Carol Moyer, RES Jeremy Bowen, NRR Caroline Nguyen, NRR Kimyata Morgan-Butler, FSMELaura Pearson, OCM/NS Tison Campbell, OGC Robert Randall, Jr., OIS Victor Cusumano, NRRAida Rivera-Varona, NRO Kristin Davis, OCHCO Veronica Rodriguez, NRR Anthony Dimitriadis, RI Michele Sampson, NMSS Istvan (Steve) Frankl, RESAnneliese Simmons, NRR Shahram Ghasemian, OEShawn Williams, OEDO Hipolito Gonzalez, NMSS The NRC Leadership Potential Program is a 12-month, part-time competitive program designed for employees, who are not currently team leaders or supervisors, at grade levels GG-13-15, who have demonstrated technical competence in their field and the potential to fill a leadership position at the NRC. The goals of the program are to prepare high-performing individuals to be selected for team leader, supervisory, or other positions requiring supervisory, managerial, and leadership skills and abilities; and to build and maintain a diverse supervisory workforce.
