| 説明 | In fact this particular sample of the Ju 52/3m type has not been built in Germany but in Spain instead (it was a case of "manufacturing under license"). Because of this I'd better call it a CASA 352L. Anyhow this aircraft has been refitted with three BMW 132 radial engines which were typical for the original Ju 52. On October 2012 I had the chance to fly with this wonderful piece of classic aviation technology from Mainz-Finthen to Mönchengladbach. It was an unforgettable experience!Notice that no panning was necessary when I took this photograph. Due to extremely strong headwinds the airplane was coming in so slowly that it appeared to stand still in the air. |
