| 説明 | A glass of Pils served on draft at Brauhaus an der Thomaskirche in Leipzig.The Thomaskirche Pils is a 5% abv unfiltered (naturtrüb) German pilsner. It poured a hazy, golden color with a large white head. It sported a mild grassy aroma. Mouthfeel was light with a strong, slightly sour, carbonation, taking away some of the nice malt and hop character of the beer. A pretty good pilsener which would have been even better with a bit less carbonation.[blog entry] |
