| 説明 | Linda S. is absolutely amazing, She works for United at ABQ. We were scheduled to leave on a flight to Denver (then transfer to SFO), but it was delayed. I noticed there was an earlier, direct flight, to SFO. At 4:35 pm, I asked Linda what she could do for us. She was amazing! She got us new boarding passes right away, then personally transferred our luggage from the DEN flight to the SFO flight. By personally, I mean that she was on the tarmac and carried our bags herself. I watched her from the window. At 5 pm, she had us board the small Canadair (50 passengers) to SFO. Linda rules! |
