| 説明 | PLEASE, NO invitations or self promotions, THEY WILL BE DELETED. My photos are FREE to use, just give me credit and it would be nice if you let me know, thanks. I needed this as I was going to publish my lighthouse book again and because I knew it was there.I spent approx. 1.5 hours trying to find this, even the locals did not know where it was. I went on three other properties before I did manage to eventually find a man who use to go there when he was younger. I went to a house whose property I had to go across to get to it, the owner of the house a very old lady was not even aware of it but said I could go and look. At the back of the large property I looked and looked for a path and finally I found what looked like one (about 1 foot wide). I followed the path and had to go through bramble bushes all the way, they were up to my chest, making it a very hard go. It was a hard hike and no sane person would do this, but who said I was sane.It is located on the east side of entrance to Digby Gut and directly across from Prim Point Lighthouse on the western shore.Standing: This light is still standing.Operating: This light is operationalBegan and Lit: 1915Structure Type: Rectangular white building plus, a skeleton towerLight Characteristic: Fixed White (1992)Light Height: 13.4 meters (44ft) feet above water level |
