| 説明 | I can't help but say that the viewing platform is a bit of a let down. Given the bold architectural statement of the new central circulation core, you'd be forgiven for perhaps expecting more than what is, to all intents and purposes, a second floor landing with locked doors on either side. I'm sure I'm not the only one who reached the top to ask "which way is the viewing platform?!" |
