| 説明 | I'm not really sure if this is an ADU or just an extension of the main house. The contrasting Brick colors make me think the sometime long ago the garage door was bricked in. the detailing on the windows makes me want to think that this is not recent construction. In addition it appears that the building covers most of the lot back from the front porch. I don't think that level of lot coverage would be allowed today. Note the solar panels on the roof. Mt Pleasant had a solar co-op that members used to bulk purchase solar installation services back in the heady days when you could get various DC and federal tax credits for such installations. Quite a few houses in have gone solar. I suspect very few are super tight or well insulated.
