| 説明 | A miniature rose, cultivar unknown, seen in my parent's garden in San Francisco CA's Parkside district. Taken by a Nikon D40x at ISO 400 with a Nikon 18-55mm VR kit lens (at 55) Exposure is 1/100 sec @ ƒ 32, shutter priority.This is about 2x life-size on my current monitor… the main blossom seen is about an inch (25.4mm) across when I saw it live. That is a USA penny in the left bloom, for scaleYes, this plant is infected with blackspot - it's very hard to grow roses on the west side of the Twin Peaks in S.F. without the plant (of any size) being infected, due to the FOG (foghorn effect) ... |
