| 説明 | This system of valves is in the middle of Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. It controls the flow of treated wastewater from 3 regional sewage treatment plants. The system is designed so that waste water can be transfered between the three plants so all the water can be properly treated before it is released into the Tualatin River. |
