| 説明 | This town, the northern, traditional entry to Yellowstone National Park and still the only year-round entrance, keeps its Old West charm and has plenty of shops and lodging to cater to tourists.US-89, which comes up from Arizona and goes through the park, uses this very street to continue its way north to Great Falls, eventually leading to Glacier National Park and entering Canada as Alberta 2, which continues to Calgary and Edmonton.I am now driving north toward Calgary myself, though I will take the more modern routing: get on I-90 westbound at Livingston, use US-287 (sadly a few miles of it is unpaved and under construction) to cut over to Helena, then pick up I-15 to head north past Great Falls to Sweetgrass, entering Canada there, then using Alberta 4 to Lethbridge then Alberta 3 to join Alberta 2 at Fort MacLeod. |
